Refund policy

Exchange:

Items ordered online that are picked up and tried on in store within seven days of purchase, can be exchanged for a store credit if the item does not fit. Once an item leaves the store, it is considered a final sale.

Store credits can be used in store or online and do not expire.

Return:

Returns are not accepted at Bishop Consignment.
